COME AND VISIT THIS HISTORIC TREASURE

The church is open regularly for public events and these are listed on the events page. Personal visits outside these times can also be arranged by contacting  John Bramham who will be happy to discuss your needs and arrange a visit. We also welcome organised school visits and there is a teachers pack available. We welcome everyone there is wheelchair access to most parts of the building. Old Christ Church is located on Waterloo Road at its junction with Alexandra Road.

BY CAR:-Approximately 5 miles from north Liverpool come along the (A565) upper dock road, proceed over the flyover at Seaforth docks, then turn left at the first set of traffic lights in Cambridge Road then first right into Waterloo Road.

From the M57 or M58 follow (A5036) to the docks and turn right at the last roundabout and join (A565) travelling north, then turn left at the first set of traffic lights in Cambridge Road then first right into Waterloo Road.

From Southport/Formby/Crosby areas (A565) travelling South. Drive through Crosby Village until you come to "Crosby Fire Station" and "Five Lamps" on your right situated on the corner of Great Georges Road, you then take the next right hand turn (at Crosby Police Station) into Alexandra Road and the church is at the bottom of the road. PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Old Christ Chruch is easily accessable by bus or train.

BUS:-The nearest bus stops are situated on Crosby Road South from the South just after 'Potter's Barn' and from the North at the top of Sandringham Road. Click here to plan your route.

TRAIN:- We are on the Mersey Travel "Northern Line" and the nearest station is Waterloo about a 5 minute walk.

Parking in the grounds is available and surrounding roads.
